Ever Cubilla is talented in the kitchen and has managed to imbue his culture and philosophy in a unique language: the restless, travelling chef, addicted to culture, history and products. Born in Paraguay, self-taught and a chef since he was 20, he has led Espai Kru since it was founded in 2012. Cubilla displays his skills and ample cultural knowledge, which has influenced him on both sides of the Atlantic.
